Deerchase LLC is a full-service Class A general contractor specializing in traditional restoration and construction. We collaborate with a talented group of local craftsmen, architects and suppliers on our residential, commercial and agricultural projects. In a time when many people believe “they don’t build them like they used to,” we continue to amaze our clients with quality work and great customer service.

We have worked on large estates and small log cabins and built out retail spaces and renovated buildings for restaurants. We have relocated timber frame barns and houses and have built a 40′ wooden silo. Over the years, we have developed relationships with many insurance companies for fire, storm and flood repairs and earned a place on Chubb’s preferred contractor list.
