Gene is the rector of Emmanuel Episcopal Church since 2017. He has a master's in biblical studies from Union Theological Seminary, an MBA in marketing from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in music and history from the College of William & Mary.
Dev and his wife Kerry settled in Middleburg after 25 years in Fauquier County. Dev is a member of the Middleburg Planning Commission and the MBPA Board of Directors.
Ex-Officio Board MemberAli, originally from Hampton Roads, is the Director of Business Development and Community Partnerships for the Town of Middleburg. A Virginia Tech graduate, she has been residing in Loudoun for the past five years.
