Our team is built from a deep passion and dedication to improving Middleburg and its thriving community. Composed of local Middleburg business owners and residents, the Middleburg Business and Professional Association strives to promote growth & togetherness within our beautiful town.

Punkin Lee

Owner of Journeymen Saddlers, a Middleburg native, and an alumna of The Hill School.

Kari Bowman

Kari, recreation director at Salamander Resort & Spa since 2013, holds a Bachelor of Science in sports management from Iowa State University.

Tami Erickson

Tami is the Pantry Operations Manager at Seven Loaves Services, a food pantry serving Middleburg and beyond.

Rev. Eugene LeCouteur

Gene is the rector of Emmanuel Episcopal Church since 2017. He has a master's in biblical studies from Union Theological Seminary, an MBA in marketing from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in music and history from the College of William & Mary.

Dev Roszel

Dev and his wife Kerry settled in Middleburg after 25 years in Fauquier County. Dev is a member of the Middleburg Planning Commission and the MBPA Board of Directors.

Ali MacIntyre

Ex-Officio Board Member
Ali, originally from Hampton Roads, is the Director of Business Development and Community Partnerships for the Town of Middleburg. A Virginia Tech graduate, she has been residing in Loudoun for the past five years.

Samia Salmon

Sam is the Vice President of Branch Services for Northwest Federal Credit Union.

Mabel Walsh

Mabel is the buyer and supervisor of Touch Boutique Gift Shop at the Salamander Resort & Spa.
