Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga and acupuncture at the Middleburg Community Center August 27th at 6:30pm.
This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your mind and body. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome to participate.
Dr. Bao-Tich Nguyen (DACM) will be joining us as we blend the art of Chinese medicine with yoga healing. We will start with some gentle movement, followed by yoga nidra and acupuncture!
