From the grapevine to your glass, a wine goes through a long period of evolution. Join Cana winemaker Melanie Natoli in a conversation about wine production and development. The tasting list will include seven wines that are not yet bottled: 24 Chardonnay, 24 Rosé of Cab Franc, 23 Norton, 23 Cab Franc, 23 Petit Verdot, 23 Le Mariage, 23 Unité Reserve. Light charcuterie is included.

After the tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase futures of these unbottled wines at a special rate.
