Calm your mind and feel good in your body with Slow Flow Yoga at Cana Vineyards and Winery with Rhonda Wilson.
This thoughtfully paced class weaves together breath and movement to help you feel grounded, centered, and at ease. You’ll learn simple techniques to quiet the mind, deepen your breath, and move through gentle sequences designed to release tension, build strength and stability, and create space within the body. We’ll close with a restful integration, allowing your body and mind to fully settle into a state of deep relaxation.
This class is welcoming to all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. If you’re seeking greater mobility, increased range of motion, or relief from stiffness and stress, this practice will support you.
Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, and water. Dressing in layers is recommended for comfort. Aromatherapy will be offered throughout class to enhance your experience.
Class begins promptly at 9:30 am. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable on your mat.
After class, stay and soak in the beautiful vineyard views while enjoying your first glass of wine on us. Take this time to pause with gratitude, good company, and deep relaxation. No experience needed—just bring your mat, a blanket, and an open heart.
