Participants will learn about his technical approach, the Classical influences that shape his work, and then create a small original wax sculpture under his guidance in this rare, hands‑on workshop.

Nic Fiddian Green’s work, ranging from monumental to intimate forms, is held in public and private collections worldwide. Born in Hampshire in 1963, he studied at Chelsea College of Art and later at Wimbledon College of Arts, where he deepened his interest in the equine subject after encountering the Parthenon frieze and the Selene horse at the British Museum. After graduating, he continued developing his practice through bronze casting at Central St Martin’s, producing early works from a backyard studio in Stoke Newington.
