At Maryland-based All Caps Farm, the work goes far beyond cultivating and selling mushrooms. Through “Mush Hub” program, the All Caps team is actively advancing the field of myco-innovation—developing new ways to use fungi as tools for creative, scientific, and technological advancement. From transforming mycelium into paper, ink, and tinctures, to experimenting with fungal weaving and bio-based materials, there are endless possibilities to reimagine what mushrooms can do and where they can take us.

About the Instructor: Felipe Martin

Felipe, All Caps’ founder, is an experienced mushroom cultivator specializing in agricultural techniques. He began his journey in agriculture on an aquaponics farm, mastering mushroom cultivation and sustainable practices. His work sourcing coffee in Latin America for Cambio Coffee deepened his appreciation for ethical sourcing through direct engagement with producers.
