The Town of Middleburg and Visit Loudoun are hosting a Loudoun Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) class for local businesses and residents at NOMAD in Middleburg.

This fun, interactive session provides customer service training and equips participants with tools to promote Loudoun and create exceptional visitor experiences. You’ll walk away ready to answer: “What’s there to do in Loudoun?”

Over 470 people have already joined the CTA network—now it’s your turn!

Registration is free (sponsored by the Town of Middleburg) and required by September 3.
