The NSLM will host a cocktail reception followed by a discussion with Sebastián di Martino, conservation director of the Rewilding Argentina Foundation. Di Martino will highlight the organization’s work to create, restore, and complete functional ecosystems in natural parks, including the reintroduction of large carnivores and herbivores that help build thriving local economies connected to nature. The jaguar serves as a symbol of these efforts to strengthen ecological well‑being.

Di Martino will also outline The Jaguar Rivers Initiative, a continental effort focused on restoring, protecting, and connecting ecosystems in the heart of South America. He will describe how this model is intended to expand across additional regions of Argentina and South America. This program is generously underwritten by The Sacharuna Foundation.
