The American Civil War Museum explores, inspires, and promotes a better understanding of the causes, course, and consequences of the Civil War. Presenting a world-class collection of artifacts, lectures and programs, and award-winning exhibits, ACWM has three unique sites – Tredegar and The White House of the Confederacy in Richmond and ACWM-Appomattox in Appomattox, Virginia.
