Located in Middleburg, Virginia, Brianne Casey is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 10 years of experience in the emergency department before transitioning to family practice. Brianne started IV Nurse, LLC in 2024. Brianne provides IV hydration services for hydration, immune boosting, weight management, stomach bugs, migraines, and pregnancy symptoms. Brianne earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Brianne serves on the alumni board of directors for Shenandoah University and was formerly the president of the board for After the Rain SWFL, a recovery home for women suffering from addiction, abuse, and/or homelessness.
