Brianne Casey is a registered nurse with ten years of experience in the emergency department and is a Middleburg local. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University and is currently earning her Masters of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Brianne's goal is to keep patients out of the ER by providing house calls and administering IV fluids and medications in the comfort of your home. Services include sick visits for nausea/vomiting, viruses, and migraines. We also do athlete performance and recovery enhancers, weight loss, and health spa.
No trips to the drip bar, urgent care, or ER necessary to get an IV. Brianne can administer IV Zofran, IV Toradol, and micronutrients that help boost the immune system and contain all-natural IV antivirals. It is usually more cost effective to have an IV in your home than going to an ER or urgent care and we can receive orders from your physician or use one of ours via telehealth. Brianne is comfortable administering anything from basic fluids to IV antibiotics, blood products, and diuretics.
