First Course:
Grilled radicchio with goats milk Gorgonzola and walnuts
Portobello mushrooms lightly fried tempura style, with sea fennel
Beef carpaccio
Burrata with roasted olives
Roman chickpea soup
36 month aged Parmigiano Reggiano risotto drizzled with aged balsamic from Modena
Tuna crudo with winter citrus and basil**

Second Course:
Local arugula tossed with artisanal olive oil and lemon, with bresaola
Classic Caesar salad
Fennel sliced thinly with orange and Mediterranean olives
Belgian endive tossed with apple, thyme, artisanal olive oil and lemon

Third Course:
Taleggio ravioli drizzled with aged balsamic from Modena
Traditional lasagna bolognese
Garganelli with a Tuscan beef and pork ragu
Virginia Rainbow trout encrusted with pistachios
Braised beef short rib over a rustic polenta made with Fontina DOP
Venison medallion pan sautéed with brandied cherries

Housemade Pastries, Gelato, and Sorbetti
