Back pain and osteoporosis classes based on the work of Sara Meeks, PT. These unique back and hip strengthening , stabilizing and flexibility classes help reduce pain, build muscle strength, improve posture and balance, increase mobility and confidence in accomplishing everyday activities. The classes are appropriate for adults of all ages and abilities.

Classes are ongoing. Join the class at any time. Drop-ins are welcome with instructor pre-approval.

8-week package: $120. Drop-in: $20 per class. Try your first class for free!
