Aromas of cherry, earth and oak. On the front palate bright cherry fruit with star anise and baking spice on the lingering finish. Medium body.
Topiary 2016
71% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot
Dark garnet color, a delicate nose of red currants and blackberries. A strong fruit character precedes woody tannins and subtle hints of graphite and herbal notes. Medium body.
Topiary 2017
54% Cabernet Franc, 32% Merlot, 14% Petit Verdot
Dark cherry fold into strong notes of cedar and white pepper on the nose. The finish has great length, lingering with spice and dark fruits Full bodied.
