A Taste of Summer: Tapas and Wine Pairing Class at Gentle Harvest

Join Gentle Harvest for a fun-filled evening as you explore the fascinating connection between food and wine. David Goldense from Well Crafted Beverage and Gentle Harvest’s Valerie Scadden will be your hosts.

During this two-hour class, guests will get to sample six different wines each paired with a unique tapas dish.


1st Course
MSC™ Certified Smoked Salmon on Cream Cheese Topped Toast Point w/Corn Relish.
Wine Pairing: Santa Julia Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

2nd Course
Moorish Zucchini with Shaved Manchego
Wine Pairing: Broadbent Vinho Verde

3rd Course
Tortilla Española

4th Course
Garlic & Goat Cheese Crostini w/Sundried Tomatoes, Capers, and Smoked Paprika

Chickpea & Chorizo Stew

6th Course
Ayrshire Farm® Filet Mignon Medallions w/Mushroom Sauce & Coined Fingerling Potato
Wine Pairing: Pomar Junction Zinfandel

Panna Cotta with Blood Orange Reduction
Wine Pairing: Lolea Spice Sangria
