Rest, destress and manifest. Take a moment to set your seasonal intentions. We’ll start with journaling exercises and guided Pranayama (breath work). Next, we’ll take slow stretching shapes to open channels in the body using meridians and Yin Yoga. We end the class by settling into our body with Yoga Nidra; a guided meditation which directs awareness to different parts of the body. 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra equals one hour of REM sleep!
